Skinny Strawberry Daiquiri Recipe

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 3 oz white rum (about 2 shots)
  • 1.5 oz fresh lime juice (about 1–2 limes)
  • 1 tsp agave syrup, honey, or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
  • 1/2 cup ice (add more for a thicker texture)
  • Fresh strawberries, mint leaves and/or lime wedges (for garnish)

Instructions:

  • Blend: Add frozen strawberries, rum, lime juice, agave (if using), and ice to a blender. Blend until smooth and slushy.
  • Adjust: If too thick, add a splash of water or extra lime juice. If too thin, add more ice or frozen berries.
  • Serve: Pour into two chilled cocktail glasses.
  • Garnish: Top with a fresh strawberry or a lime wedge for the perfect summer touch.
