Dirt to Dinner’s In the Classroom program provides ready-to-use lesson plans for students Grades 5-12 to explore every step in food production. Our standards-driven lessons will get your students engaged from the start, with every lesson featuring icebreakers, slides and media, and an immersive classroom activity that gets students thinking.

Each lesson covers a different aspect of the global food system, ranging from the Supply Chain that brings food to your table to the Nutrition Education we all need. We feature real-life examples of the work Farmers, Ranchers & Growers are doing every day and explore the exciting field of Green Innovations responding to a changing world.
